Pittyvaich 29 Years Old is the rarest and longest-aged release from the Pittyvaich distillery – which is closed in 1993, after 18 years since its foundation. Aged in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks for nearly 3 decades, Pittyvaich 29 draws a lot of attention and recognition at its first launch in the “Special Release 2019 – Rare by Nature”. The blend has all the best elements of a well-matured Pittyvaich malt whisky.

The first impression of Pittyvaich 29 is its beautiful amber colour and elegant but intense sweet aromas of dried fruit and flowers, resulting from the natural maturation process. Wait for a beat and you will taste the sweetness of yellowish-brown grapes followed by a shake of powdered ginger on the palate. Pittyvaich 29 Years Old is produced in limited quantities – with only 4,976 bottles in the worldwide market.
