With close to two decades of experience, Adam has acquired a wealth of knowledge across the sector. He developed a specialization in rare and exceptional Scotch Whisky during time spent in India, Hong Kong and eventually Singapore.

With a background as an entrepreneur and private banker, Raymond spent the last three years specializing in rare whiskies. He has developed an even deeper passion and appreciation for whiskies, which he describes as one of the most complex spirits on earth.

Originally from Scotland, James has over 16 years experience in the hospitality industry, travelling the globe and working in food & beverage roles. He opened and ran award-winning bars and restaurants across the UK & Australia before he joined the Diageo Rare and Exceptional team and developed a wide knowledge of luxury spirits and whisky’s.
