2. Estimated time for delivery or service provision, taking into account geographical distance and delivery method
As soon as the order is fully confirmed by the staff, the product will be delivered to your hand within 2 to 5 days (except holidays and Sundays).
2.1 Order processing time :
- Order processing time is from 9am to 6pm – from Monday to Friday (working days) .
- Orders from 9am to 6pm, we will contact you the same day.
- Orders placed after 6pm, we will contact you the next morning.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, we will contact you on the nearest working day.

- Check the goods upon delivery

- Present your identity document (ID card or driver’s license ..) when receiving goods to the delivery staff.

- In case the contract is checked at the request of the Customer, the delivery staff will sign the delivery note for confirmation. If the forwarder does not comply with the customer’s request, the customer may refuse to receive the Product at that time. We encourage Customers to make the most of the above benefits before receiving the goods for the best support in all situations if a return request arises.
- We have the right to inspect and refuse to deliver the goods when detecting that the Customer is under 18 years of age in accordance with the law.

3. Geographical restrictions on delivery or provision of services, if any

- Request the carrier to transport the property to the agreed place and time.

- The carrier must compensate the lessee for damage if the property is lost or damaged
- The shipping hirer must compensate the carrier and the third party for damage caused by dangerous and toxic properties without packing and safety measures during transportation. .
