The card payment system on the website walkerwhiskyboutique.com.vn (hereinafter referred to as “WWB”) is provided by payment gateway partners that have been licensed to operate legally in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “Partners Payment Gateway “). Accordingly, WWB’s payment security standards ensure compliance with industry security standards.

2. Privacy Policy

The policy of payment transactions by international and domestic cards (Internet Banking) to ensure compliance with the security standards of Payment Gateway Partners include:

• Customer’s financial information is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. The SSL protocol will encrypt the information provided by the customer during the transaction.
• Certification of PCI DSS (Payment Card Indutry Data Security Standard) data security standard provided by Trustwave.
• One-time password (OTP) sent via SMS and/or online password registered by the Customer with the bank to ensure authenticated account access.
• 128-bit MD5 encryption standard.
• In the event of a payment system failure, the Customer’s Transaction Information will be stored and restored to each payment transaction within the time limit specified in the Law on Accounting.
• Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

WWB’s payment transaction security policy applies to Customers:

WWB provides token storage facility – save only strings encrypted by Onepay Payment Gateway Partners provided to WWB. WWB does not store customer card information directly. The security of Customer payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Gateway Partner. In addition, WWB also uses many other software and algorithms to ensure data security.

• For international cards: Customer’s payment card information that can be used to establish transactions will not be stored on WWB’s system. Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure.
• For domestic cards (Internet Banking), WWB only stores order code, transaction code and bank name.

3. Edit payment privacy policy

WWB reserves the right to amend and update the content of this Payment Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will be published on the Website walkerwhiskyboutique.com.vn and effective immediately.
