The John Walker Last Cask is a true whisky masterpiece, crafted using rare whiskies from nine ancient distilleries that existed during the lifetime of our founder John Walker (1805-1857). The liquid is matured in rare oak staves over a century old and is beautifully presented in a handmade Baccarat crystal decanter, with a bespoke design by the famous engraver, Philip Lawson Johnston.

Master Blender Jim Beveridge combines extremely rare grain expressions from Cambus, Port Dundas and Cameronbridge to create delicate flavours of subtle spice, soft fruits, a little of cereal and smokiness. All of them contribute to an exceptional single malt whisky that offers deeper, more robust aromas with waves of unfolding citrus fruits.
